🚀 On Entrepreneurship —

Startup Toolchain: I stumbled upon this wide-ranging toolkit for entrepreneurs building technology companies. It contains a well organized list of resources to help with everything from finding an idea and building an MVP, to choosing the right database or analytics tool for your needs, to where to manufacture your product or finance your business.

I highly recommended bookmarking it and sharing it with fellow entrepreneurs (and future ones).

Here’s a note from the author, Abhishek Muthian, on the motive behind Startup Toolchain:

“I've been an entrepreneur for more than a decade and have been working in the startup ecosystem for the past several years. I have been frequently asked about the best tool for a startup task and so I had to create StartupToolchain.”

- Abhishek Muthian, creator of Startup Toolchain

💪 On Health —

What’s the best way to lose weight?: Many of you enjoyed last week’s feature on “How to Program Your Mind for Fitness”, which was inspired by champion MMA coach Firas Zahabi.

Here’s another Coach Zahabi-inspired resource, this time on the best way to lose weight. He discusses the merits of One Meal A Day (OMAD), Intermittent fasting, the ketogenic diet and the link between your diet and activity levels.

Coach Zahabi outlines many simple principles you can employ to lose weight. I hope you can select the ones that fit your life circumstance the best and apply them for 3 months to see how they work for you.

🙏 On Happiness —

I’ll end this week's letter with a quote from the book that’s most impacted my life:

“The secret of happiness, you see, is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less.”

-Dan Millman, Way of the Peaceful Warrior

🙏 Thank you again for reading and for your support! I wish you a week of happiness, success and peace!

To finding joy in everyday things,
