It contains a well organized list of resources to help with everything from finding an idea and building an MVP, to choosing the right database or analytics tool for your needs, to where to manufacture your product or finance your business.

What’s the best way to lose weight?: Many of you enjoyed last week’s feature on “How to Program Your Mind for Fitness”, which was inspired by champion MMA coach Firas Zahabi.
Here’s another Coach Zahabi-inspired resource, this time on the best way to lose weight. He discusses the merits of One Meal A Day (OMAD), Intermittent fasting, the ketogenic diet and the link between your diet and activity levels.
Coach Zahabi outlines many simple principles you can employ to lose weight. I hope you can select the ones that fit your life circumstance the best and apply them for 3 months to see how they work for you.
